The AI health coach app that actually does the work.
heylife is an AI for fitness goals that ships actions, not pep talks. You name the goal, pick your role models, and the agent drafts the plan, blocks the workout on your calendar, logs the run from Apple Health, and books the appointment you keep dodging.
01 / The job to be doneYou know what to do. You don't have time to do it.
You know you should run, lift, and sleep more. You also have a job, a family, and twelve open browser tabs. The plan exists in your head, but it never makes it to the calendar; the doctor's appointment lives on a sticky note from last March; the gym bag is in the trunk again. A habit tracker counts what you did not do. A coach you cannot afford to see weekly tells you what you already know. What is missing is the part that turns intention into a block of time, a draft email, a logged run, a grocery list. That part is the work, and that work is what heylife handles for you.
02 / What the health agent does for youConcrete, by Tuesday.
-
Drafts a 4-week training plan from your goal.
Tell it "10K in October, knee is touchy". It writes the build, the easy weeks, and the taper, and stores it in Notion you can edit.
-
Blocks workout time on your calendar.
Designed to look at your real Google Calendar week, find the windows that survive your meetings, and put the session on the grid.
-
Logs runs and lifts from Apple Health.
Built to read what actually happened, not what you said you would do, and mark the plan honestly.
-
Books the doctor's appointment you keep dodging.
Drafts the email, picks the slot, and surfaces the confirmation in your morning brief, so it stops being a thing on the back of your mind.
-
Generates a grocery list aligned to your eating goal.
Reads your eating plan, drafts the week's list, and hands it to you Saturday morning before you walk into the store on a Tuesday hungry.
-
Pings you for a late session when you skip the morning one.
Not a nag. A second window, picked from your real calendar, with a 25-minute option for the day you woke up at six and did not move.
03 / The agent in your councilMeet the Training coach.
YOUR HEALTH AGENT
Training coach
The Training coach is the sub-agent assigned to the Health bucket. It owns the plan, the blocks on the calendar, and the honest log; it talks to your other agents so a launch week at work does not blow up your knees, and a sick kid on Tuesday does not destroy the rest of the week. Read more about it on the Training coach page.
04 / Pick your role modelsYour council, not ours.
Most fitness apps hand you the same generic coach. heylife flips that. Your council for Health might be Peter Attia for the longevity frame, your old college coach whose program still works, the friend who actually got their resting heart rate down last year, and a strength coach whose podcast you actually finish. We frame the plan, the trade-offs, and the weekly nudges the way they would. You can swap the council out anytime, and we cite real sources, never invented quotes.
05 / Integrations that matter for healthWhere your training actually lives.
- Apple Health. Reads runs, lifts, sleep, and resting heart rate so the plan adjusts to reality.
- Google Calendar. Blocks workout windows, reschedules around the work meeting that moved.
- Notion. Stores your training plan, weekly review, and grocery list as pages you can edit.
- Gmail. Drafts the email to the doctor, the gym, the coach, the physio.
heylife is in private beta; integrations roll out as we open access.
06 / FAQThree quick questions.
How is this different from a habit tracker or to-do app?
A habit tracker counts what you did or did not do. A to-do app is a list that grows faster than you can clear it. heylife is built to do the work. It writes the training plan, blocks the workout on your calendar, drafts the email to the doctor, and logs the run from Apple Health. The point is not to track more, it is to ship more.
What if I do not want it to act, only suggest?
You stay in charge. heylife runs in autopilot or approval mode, per agent, per integration. You can tell the Training coach to draft everything but never send, never book, never publish without you tapping yes. Every action is in a full audit trail, so you see exactly what your agent did and why.
