The AI thinking partner for the health calls you actually face.
heylife brings a panel of three to five honest voices to the moments that decide your health, not a single coach voice. It is 11:14pm and you have not worked out. You slept 5h47m and the heavy lift is on the plan. The doctor appointment has been on the sticky note since March. heylife knows you and brings the voices you trust to that exact decision.
01 / The job to be doneYou know what to do. You need the right voices, when it matters.
You know you should run, lift, and sleep more. You also have a job, a family, and twelve open browser tabs. A habit tracker counts what you did not do. A coach you can afford to see monthly tells you what you already know, three weeks late. What is missing is the room of voices at the exact moment of the decision: the Recovery voice that says skip tonight, the Hard truth that says you said this Monday, the Coach that says do the 20-minute version. heylife shows up with that room, tuned to who you are, when the call is in front of you.
02 / What the health agent does for youFive health moments. Variable voices. Your call.
-
11:14pm Wednesday, no workout today.
Five voices if you are marathon training: Coach, Hard truth, Recovery, Pattern, Future you. Three softer voices if you are trying to start again: Realist, Honest mirror, Kind voice. The shape of advice matches the stakes.
-
5h47m sleep, heavy lift on the plan.
Recovery, Performance, Pattern, Honest mirror weigh in. The marathoner gets a different set than the lifter trying to peak. Do the easy version, skip and recover, attack and accept the cost. You pick.
-
Four drinks in. Friend orders another round.
Loyal friend, Future you, Honest mirror, Realist. They disagree about whether to nurse the next one, leave at midnight, or stay one more. The voices know your week ahead.
-
Doctor appointment, seven months overdue.
Realist, Future you, Anxious, Honest friend. They argue about whether to book today, what to say in the message, and whether the symptom you are sitting on belongs to your GP or someone specific.
-
GP wants statins. You are 41.
Cardiologist friend, Skeptic, Future you, Realist, Honest mirror. A real fork-in-the-road decision, and one voice is not enough. The panel disagrees out loud so you see the trade-off before you nod.
03 / The agent in your councilMeet the Training coach.
YOUR HEALTH ADVISOR LENS
Training coach
The Training coach is the advisor lens assigned to the Health bucket. It carries the voices that argue about training, recovery, and the everyday calls that move your body forward over a decade. It talks to your other lenses so a launch week at work does not blow up your knees, and a sick kid on Tuesday does not destroy the rest of the week. Read more about it on the Training coach page.
04 / Pick your role modelsYour council, not ours.
Most fitness apps hand you the same generic coach. heylife flips that. Your council for Health might be Peter Attia for the longevity frame, your old college coach whose program still works, the friend who actually got their resting heart rate down last year, and a strength coach whose podcast you actually finish. We channel their lens into the voices that show up at each moment. You can swap the council out anytime, and we cite real sources, never invented quotes.
05 / Integrations that matter for healthWhat heylife reads so the voices are grounded.
- Apple Health. Read-only access to runs, lifts, sleep, and resting heart rate so the panel knows what you actually did.
- Google Calendar. Read-only awareness of your week so the voices know which evenings you have, and which mornings already burned.
- Notion. Read-only access to your training plan and weekly journal, so the panel remembers the goal you wrote down.
- Gmail. Read-only signal on the doctor follow-up you keep starting and not sending.
heylife is in private beta; integrations roll out as we open access.
06 / FAQThree quick questions.
How is this different from a habit tracker or a coach app?
A habit tracker counts what you did not do. A coach app gives you one voice, one philosophy, one direction. heylife brings a panel of three to five honest voices to the moment of decision, tuned to who you are. The marathoner gets a louder room than the restarter, because their stakes are different. The voices disagree on purpose, so you see the trade-off before you pick.
Does heylife act for me? Book the appointment, send the email?
Not today. heylife is a thinking partner. It gives you advice from the voices you trust, with the context it can read from your real week. You make the call, you send the email, you click the booking link. Acting on your behalf is on the roadmap, but only after the advice layer is excellent.
When does it launch?
