Most AI workout planner apps spit out a generic 12 week template and walk away. Training coach is built to live with you. It sits next to your week, looks at what is happening, and makes the call. Here is the shape of the work it is designed to do.
It will draft a 4 week training block from your goal (run a half marathon, get back to bench-pressing your bodyweight, look strong by August), then walk you through it like a coach, not a spreadsheet.
Each morning it will pick today's workout based on last night's sleep, your calendar load, and how recovered your last sessions left you. Bad night, big meeting day; it shortens the session before you even ask.
It will block the gym, the run, or the home session on Google Calendar at the time you actually train, and rebook when meetings move. The training time is a real appointment, not a vibe.
It will pull workouts and sleep from Apple Health, log the sets you did, and quietly note the ones you skipped. No more arguing with a notes app at 7 AM.
When your week explodes, it will swap the 75 minute leg day for a 25 minute hotel-room session, keep the muscle group, and tell you what you traded so you can decide if it was worth it.

Does Training coach act without asking?

Can I tune the tone?
Yes. Some people want a drill sergeant; some want the calm friend who has done this before. You set the voice in your council, and Training coach matches it. You can change it any week.
